Terms of Use

The rules for using this site, joining the waitlist, and applying to be a founding member.

Last updated: 5 September 2026

What these terms cover

These terms apply to this website — the pages you can read here, the waitlist, the founding member application, and the contact form. By using the site you're agreeing to them.

They are not the terms for the ProdSquad product itself. ProdSquad is still being built and is not generally available. When it opens up, it will come with its own terms of service covering the things a product needs to cover — your account, your content, payment, and support — and you'll be asked to agree to those separately. Nothing on this page is a promise that the product will work in a particular way, or that it will ship on a particular date.

What this site is right now

It's a description of a product in development. The screenshots, the feature descriptions and the process we describe are our current plan, and plans change while something is being built. We may add, change or drop any of it.

The waitlist

Joining the waitlist means we have your email address and will write to you about ProdSquad. It doesn't reserve you anything, doesn't cost anything, and doesn't oblige you to buy anything later. You can leave at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email we send you.

Founding member applications

Founding member places are limited and we choose who joins, so applying isn't the same as being accepted. Specifically:

  • Applying doesn't guarantee you a place, and we don't have to explain a decision.
  • There's no payment involved in applying, and being a founding member doesn't cost anything.
  • We ask for a 30-minute conversation in return. It's a conversation about your experience, not a sales call, and you can end it or step away from the programme whenever you like.
  • The benefits we describe — early access, the private Slack, input on the roadmap, our best pricing, credits-page recognition — are what we intend to offer. They're a commitment we take seriously, but they're described here, not priced or contracted, and the details may change as the product takes shape. Any pricing commitment becomes concrete in the product's own terms.

Everything you tell us in that conversation or on the application form is treated as described in our Privacy Policy. Feedback you give us about ProdSquad, we're free to act on and build into the product, without owing you anything for it.

Using the site

Please use the site in the ordinary way. Please don't:

  • submit someone else's details, or pretend to be someone you're not
  • use the forms to send spam, malicious content, or anything unlawful
  • try to break into, overload, scrape at scale, or interfere with the site or the services behind it
  • copy the site's content to pass it off as your own or to build a competing description of it

If someone does any of that, we may block them and remove what they submitted.

Our content

The text, design, logos and images on this site belong to us or to the people we licensed them from. You're welcome to read, link to and quote the site normally — that's what it's for — but not to reproduce it wholesale or use our name and branding as if it were yours.

Links to other sites

Where we link out — a scheduling page, a tool we mention — we don't control what's on the other end, and those sites have their own terms and privacy practices.

No warranties

We work to keep this site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is. We don't promise it will always be up, that everything on it is error-free, or that it's suitable for a particular purpose of yours.

Our responsibility to you

To the extent the law allows, we're not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site — lost profits, lost data or lost opportunity, for example. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the product develops. The date at the top of this page tells you when they last changed, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated version.

Which law applies

These terms, and any dispute about them, are governed by the law of [governing law and jurisdiction to be confirmed before public launch]. [Registered company name and address to be added before public launch]
